What You Will Do

The Product Support SSBU within Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) has an opening for a Finance Senior Manager (M5) to lead our Global Patriot business area finance team. Product Support (PS) is the Sustainment partner for Global Patriot and has over $230M of scope annually across multiple Global Patriot contracts. The Senior Finance Manager partners with the PS Global Patriot program director to execute this volume which includes domestic, international, and subsidiary content. This position offers the unique experience of gaining exposure to the broad spectrum of Global Patriot programs resulting in expanded skillsets and networks. The successful candidate will lead a team of almost 20 finance professionals with training and career development being a key focus. Other responsibilities include driving financial performance, program controls, EAC development, accurate forecasting, risk and opportunity management, annual planning and long-range planning. This position requires strong collaboration with the prime Global Patriot program offices and the cross functional PS Global Patriot team.

This position is being offered in an onsite capacity in Andover, MA and is based on the needs of the business. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field & 10 years of Finance or Accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree and 7 years of Finance or Accounting experience
Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Experience with APEX, PRISM, EDIT+, and/or other related program execution tools
Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
