Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fabricator & CNC Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable leading others while remaining actively involved in fabrication.

This position plays a key role in bringing custom designs to life and ensuring our fabrication standards remain exceptional.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

• Expert-level woodworking and fabrication skills with a strong attention to detail

• Operate, program, and maintain CNC machines with minimal oversight

• Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and detailed design specifications

• Fabricate custom components with precision, consistency, and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with Project Management and Sales to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and quality

• Troubleshoot CNC and fabrication equipment issues as they arise

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following best shop practices

• Perform efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment

• Required: Prior experience training, mentoring, or managing other fabricators

• Required: Ability to oversee and potentially lead the fabrication team, ensuring workflow efficiency and quality control

• Extensive hands-on experience in fabrication and CNC operation

• Ability to balance hands-on production work with team oversight

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a shop environment
