Support the design of primarily relay-based control systems, with occasional PLC and HMI applications.
Develop retrofit packages and electrical modifications based on customer and field requirements.
Ensure compliance with NEC, UL, and internal engineering standards.
Provide technical support and documentation to manufacturing, service, and cross-functional teams.
Develop operating instructions, configuration records, and other technical documentation needed for equipment operation and support.
Assist with installation, startup, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve design standardization, documentation quality, engineering efficiency, and release process.
Contribute to scalable engineering practices, templates, libraries, and workflows.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external engineering partners to support project execution.
Take on increasing levels of technical coordination, ownership, and leadership responsibilities over time.
**What You Bring
