  • Provide technical support and documentation to manufacturing, service, and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop operating instructions, configuration records, and other technical documentation needed for equipment operation and support.

  • Assist with installation, startup, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve design standardization, documentation quality, engineering efficiency, and release process.

  • Contribute to scalable engineering practices, templates, libraries, and workflows.

  • 8–15 years of experience in electrical design for industrial equipment or similar systems

  • Strong working knowledge of power and control system design

  • Experience with relay-based logic and industrial control systems; familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and instrumentation preferred.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Working knowledge of NEC, UL, and related standards (preferred)

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver quality work in a timely manner.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective communication across cross-functional teams and external partners

  • A continuous improvement mindset with interest in optimizing engineering processes.

  • Leadership potential with the ability to grow into expanded responsibilities over time.

**Why Join Grieve
