Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Perform testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on design and development.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSpice).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
