Compensation: $85,000–$123,000/year + full benefits

About the Opportunity

A manufacturer is hiring a Senior Controls Engineer to provide leadership on plant power and control systems — from equipment specification and maintenance to troubleshooting and repair — with the goal of meeting or exceeding plant reliability targets. This role owns systems optimization, power distribution, and I/O layout, ensures electrical compliance and personnel safety, and helps develop technician skills on plant electrical power and process-control systems.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership on plant power and control systems: specification, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and repair to hit reliability targets
• Drive systems optimization, power distribution, and I/O layout
• Ensure electrical compliance and personnel safety
• Develop technician skills on plant electrical power and process-control systems
• Own projects valued up to approximately $250K

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Rockwell / Allen-Bradley PLC experience required
• 2–5 years of controls-engineering experience
• Experience managing projects up to approximately $250K in value

Work Environment

Onsite at a manufacturing plant in Buffalo, NY, with hands-on involvement in plant electrical power and process-control systems.
