Experienced Construction Project Manager - Health Care Facility Experience

Experience in new construction of healthcare facilities in FL is required.

Familiarity with FL AHCA requirements is required

Demonstrated experience with the all relevant Procore tools necessary for pre-construction, project management. Experience obtaining and managing subcontractors

• Oversee all phases of the healthcare facility construction project, including pre-construction, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with Florida healthcare facility regulations and certification requirements.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize Procore software to streamline workflows, manage project documentation, and track progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address project challenges and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Min 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of Florida healthcare facility regulations and certification processes.
• Proficiency with Procore software for project management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
