We’re looking for a Senior CNC Lathe Setup Technician who values precision, consistency, and hands-on craftsmanship. Someone who enjoys dialing in machines, maintaining stable processes, and keeping production running smoothly without unnecessary drama.

**What You’ll Do

**

• Set up and change over CNC lathes for production runs
• Install and adjust tooling to meet print and process requirements
• Verify first-piece quality and maintain dimensional consistency throughout production
• Monitor machine performance and make controlled adjustments to maintain cycle time, finish, and tool life
• Troubleshoot machining issues and identify practical solutions
• Work closely with operators, quality, and maintenance to keep equipment running properly
• Maintain organized, safe work areas in line with company standards
• Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For

**

• Experience setting up CNC lathes in a production machining environment
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• A steady, detail-oriented approach to work
• Someone who values structure, consistency, and accountability
• Ability to work independently while supporting the team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
