🔧 Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision aerospace machined components

• Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements to create accurate programs

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency and quality

• Support process development, tooling selection, and setup optimization

• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to cycle times, tooling, and machining strategies

✅ Qualifications- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment

• Experience programming multi-axis CNC machines

• Strong ability to read complex blueprints and GD&T

• Familiarity with aerospace machining or other tight-tolerance industries preferred

• Experience collaborating closely with machinists, engineers, and quality teams
