Local company seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Division Manager to lead, grow, and manage the Civil Engineering Division. This role is responsible for winning work, delivering high‑quality engineering services, developing talent, and ensuring projects are completed profitably and to the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilites:

• Client Management: Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Business Development: Manage the division’s sales pipeline and support proposal development to secure new projects
• Lead projects from proposal through completion, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders
• Oversee preparation of design and construction documents aligned with the firm’s design philosophy
• Track project timelines, milestones, and scope changes
• Coach, motivate, and supervise project teams and junior staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Pennsylvania required
• 10+ years of experience as a Civil Engineer in a consulting environment
• 5+ years of project management or senior engineering experience
• Experience with a variety of construction and design project types
• Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
