• A passion for the Investment Banking and Wealth Management domain and committed to a career in Business Analysis
• Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
• Lead BA directly with technology and product to successfully define, develop, and deploy the core build out so that there is a production ready version for potential clients to be onboarded
• Utilize first-hand expertise in building out a cloud-based environment and connecting applications to SiteMinder/configuration user authentication and identity management.
• Write clear and concise User Stories, Functional and Technical requirement documentation
• Upon completion of requirements responsibilities, work alongside the Dev and QA teams to complete delivery and testing
• Assist with training once the product functionalities are developed
• Communicate internally with the tech leads and development teams on enhancements for the product
• Contribute to the product roadmap
• Handle issues/escalations and are empowered to make informed decisions for respective responsibilities, ensuring we stay on plan
