How you will make contributions that matter...
Lead budget and forecasting processes on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis for Supply Chain expenses and revenues, helping guide planning and performance decisions.
Review complex financial statements and systems and develop procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Resolve issues related to system platforms, including Microsoft Power BI and SAP ECC BI reporting.
Build and enhance reporting tools and system platforms, including Excel and Microsoft Power BI, to improve visibility and support better decision-making.
Prepare month-end journal entries and deliver financial analysis that explains variances, improves P&L performance, and supports revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
Train and mentor financial analysts within the Operations Finance team, helping build team capability and strengthen finance partnership across the business.
Support the Supply Chain Finance team with analysis and reporting.
Analyze cost trends and performance drivers.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and help implement initiatives that deliver measurable savings.
Provide financial analysis that informs distribution optimization decisions and supports operational efficiency.
Evaluate and improve reporting related to customer freight pricing versus actual costs, helping strengthen pricing accuracy and margin visibility.
Understand and report on warehouse KPIs, including volume, inventory adjustments and movements, labor, expenses, and resupply costs.
Lead or support special projects and take on additional responsibilities that contribute to broader finance and Supply Chain priorities.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative or technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in a financial role, ideally with exposure to logistics, distribution, or other operationally focused environments.
Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and work effectively with business leaders.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access, along with experience in data modeling and reporting tools.
Experience with SAP is a plus.

Salary Range: $73,815 - $96,885.
Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, educations, skills and training.
