Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair security systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
• Install and service various types of doors, including automatic, manual, and security doors.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best security solutions for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to security systems and door hardware.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in security systems or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in security system installation and door hardware installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
