What We’re Doing:We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers at MCAS Beaufort SC to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Security Representative Associates, providing support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs associated with the F-35. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoD Manual 5205.07 and Vol 4 / JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits.

Who we are:The F-35 Program Security Representative Sr. is a critical intermediate level position located at MCAS Beaufort SC. As a Senior Security Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts of the F-35 program. This will involve leading leading the following focus area:
Personnel Security (PERSEC) Comprehensive knowledge and functional ability to operate autonomously in Joint Access Database Environment (JADE). Manage the full lifecycle of personnel security and suitability determinations for Special Access Programs in strict compliance with DoDM 5205.07. Initiate Personnel Access Requests (PARs) and track through complete cycle from submission to approval / indoctrination of personnel. Execute Personnel Security Questionnaires (PSQs), derogatory information risk assessments, indoctrinations, SAP Information Agreement (SAPIA) execution, and continuous evaluation oversight while ensuring only the minimum number of cleared and suitable individuals receive access. Execute Transfer of Access requests, Continuous Vetting tracking and Security Clearance re-validation actions.

Basic Qualifications
Final transferable SECRET clearance with closed investigation date within 5 years or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program with the ability to maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI if/when mission requirements dictate.
Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP’s)
Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, such as Personnel Security (PERSEC), Operational Security (OPSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), and Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).
In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.7 and Volume 4, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.
Experience working on Special Access Programs.
Familiar with working in classified environments and/or classified materials.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarization with Defense Information Security System (DISS).
Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access and other Microsoft Office applications.
Desired skills
Knowledge and experience authoring Standard Operating Procedures / Facility Operating Procedures (SOP / FOP) documents.
Knowledge and experience executing Self-Inspection’s (SI) and executing preparations for Higher Headquarters Compliance Inspection. Authoring Corrective Action Plans and tracking closeout actions for inspection reports.
Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
Prior experience as a CSSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, ASM, or PSR.
Experience conducting thorough investigations of security violations and coordinating corrective actions.
Prior experience with GSA containers and document control.
Experience working in a dynamic military environment and be able to successfully interact, daily, with senior ranking military officers, enlisted and key GOV stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism.
Comfortable making decisions autonomously and successfully operating in a military flying operations environment.
Access Control and Physical Security experience ability to perform assigned tasks.

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $80,400 - $139,380. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
