About the Role

Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for a Seasoned HVAC Technician to join our growing Pasadena, TX team. This role is perfect for a technician with 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience who is ready to continue developing their technical skills while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualified candidates will receive a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Identify service opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions to customers
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
• Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely
• Participate in company training, meetings, and development opportunities

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

• 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• Must prioritize safety and maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working practices
• Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, hear, and communicate
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
• Work is performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year
