What Are We Looking For.

 

Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter, who has a passion for construction or willing to learn on the job. 

1st Shift Production Associate – Full-time – 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. 

                                                                                                        

Starting Pay - $20.00/hour

 

Job Summary - The Production Associate will be responsible for safely and efficiently constructing walls, floors and trusses in a fast-paced indoor plant. This could involve operating semi-automated equipment, read and follow blueprints, lift, move and maneuver various sizes of wood and raw materials, perform manual labor duties, and inspect material products for quality and accuracy.

What You Bring.

  • Must be 18 years old 
  • Prior production and/or construction knowledge is a plus
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to understand building material usages and construction practices
  • Ability to utilize hand tools (including nail and staple gun)
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and climb up and down a ladder
