Shifts: Multiple shifts available; days or nights; weekdays or weekends

Penmac Staffing is hiring Seasonal Order Selectors for a large distribution and logistics facility in Strafford, MO. These positions are expected to support increased holiday and peak-season demand. While this is a seasonal assignment, successful employees may have the opportunity to be hired on by the client company based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
• Willingness to work overtime and additional shifts during peak season
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

Seasonal Order Selector Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain an organized work area
• Support other warehouse and distribution functions as needed

Available Shifts:

Day Shift Options- Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• Friday through Monday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Night Shift Options- Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

• Friday through Sunday, 3:30 PM to 5:00 AM

During peak production periods, shifts may be extended by one additional hour. Additional workdays may also be required, with hours reaching up to 65 hours per week.## Pay and Opportunity
