Job Description:

AriensCo is currently seeking dependable, enthusiastic seasonal employees to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI.

Pay: Starts at $18/hour and you are guaranteed a $1/hour increase every 6 months until you reach $20/hour
Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours) working 4:30AM - 2:30PM

THE DAY TO DAY…

Safe operation of machine and tools
Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
Operates equipment needed to perform the job
Strict adherence to standard work
Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
Ability to problem solve effectively
Ability to communicate

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
Must be able to bend, twist, turn, above head, repetitive motions, fine manipulation, lifting at waist
Must be able to use hands to position parts in a fast paced environment
Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
Capable of adhering to Standard Work
Ability to work as part of a team
Desire for personal development and growth
