Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
**Pay Rate: **$19.50/hour
**Location: **Mundelein, Illinois (Onsite)
Shift Hours: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (First Shift, Monday–Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Run screw machines and related equipment in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
- Inspect parts as they’re made to ensure they meet quality and size standards.
- Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot issues to keep machines running.
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check part accuracy.
- Follow blueprints and work instructions (we’ll train you).
- Assist with setting up machines when needed.
- Complete simple paperwork to track production and quality.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Pitch in with other tasks to help your team meet goals.

Qualifications (Required)
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: No prior machine operation experience required – we’ll train you.
- Willingness to follow directions and ask questions when unsure
- Must pass a blueprint reading test and a mechanical aptitude test
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
