Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printing Press Operator to join the production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on apparel and promotional items.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor screen printing presses
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs
• Ensure proper alignment, color matching, and print quality
• Inspect finished products for defects and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Follow work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous screen printing or manufacturing experience required
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
