Assists with the operation of the uniform shop, to include – inventory of uniforms upon delivery from laundering service, issuing of uniforms and other uniform related items and proper completion of payroll deduction and uniform tracking forms.
Assists the Supply Technician in filling supply orders for the dining facilities.
Assists the Supply Technician with end of the month inventory processes.
Assists with the receipt and storage of vendor deliveries; ensuring all items are properly inventoried and stores according to established procedures.
Inputs data into computer automated systems for supplies and equipment as required.
Ensures Safety Data Sheet materials are distributed and maintained in all facilities.
Performs general custodial duties as required.
Ensures all established operational and safety procedures are followed according to WSC policies and Food Code requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

This job operates in an office or warehouse environment. The team member may be exposed to a variety of conditions such as significant heat or cold.

The employee is required to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and crouch for the duration of each shift. The employee is required to lift and carry items weighing 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, 32hrs per week, Monday through Friday, 1 hr break each day: Mon, Thu, Fri 9:15a-4:30p, Tue 9:15a-4:30p, Wed 7a-4:30p.
Travel
Travel is primarily limited to SAFB or local area.
Required Education and Experience
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Computer literate in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
