Saw Operator – Schelling FH5 Wood Panel Saw

T.C. Millwork is looking for an experienced and dependable Saw Operator to run our Schelling FH5 Wood Panel Saw in a fast-paced custom cabinet and store fixture manufacturing environment.

We are an established ESOP company that builds high-end retail fixtures, cabinetry, and custom millwork for major national customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, works safely, and can keep production moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Schelling FH5 wood panel saw
• Read and understand cut lists, shop drawings, and production paperwork
• Accurately cut sheet goods and wood materials to required dimensions
• Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the saw department
• Work closely with CNC, assembly, and production teams to meet schedules
• Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating industrial panel saws or woodworking machinery
• Experience with Schelling saws preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift sheet goods and work in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus
