• Set up and operate various types of saws, including band saws and circular saws.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting specifications.
• Measure and mark materials accurately before cutting to ensure precision.
• Monitor the cutting process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on saw equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or woodworking is a plus.
• Proven experience as a saw operator or in a similar role.
