Pay rate: $18.90/hour

Tasks:

This position works after the chiller re-hangers and halves the one legged birds, and then the resulting saddles using a circular saw.

Duties:

Retrieves a wog with one leg and with one hand on the leg and the other on the wings angles the wog so that the carcass is halved as it is introduced into the saw blade. Place the front half onto the table. Then halves the saddle. Place parts into appropriate containers.

Able to perform duties while standing during the duration of shift. Able to work in a wet & damp area. Able to tolerate cold temperatures. Must have good hand dexterity. Must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment. Must be able to keep up with line speeds. Other duties as assigned.
