**Position Overview

**We are seeking a Sandblaster to clean, smooth, and/or shape manufactured materials in preparation for heat treating.

The ideal Sandblaster candidate has:

• 2+ years heavy manufacturing experience and comfort in job shop environment;
• 1+ year sandblasting experience;
• thorough understanding of the blasting process;
• a strong commitment to safety;
• effective communication;
• precision and keen attention to detail;
• ability to work with small team;
• willingness to learn other shop functions.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces for sandblasting
• Operating the sandblasting equipment
• Maintaining sandblasting equipment
• Ensuring safety during operations
