Job Purpose Summary and Report Structure:

• Responsible for picking, processing, and packaging customer samples.
• Expected to perform at a high level and exceed performance goals to contribute to Walsworth's customer intimacy and excellence in printing services.
• Follows rules, policies, and guidelines outlined in company documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picks and packages good customer samples daily.
• Utilizes non-conformance system, Process Shipper, Walsworth Quality Specs and Standards, Outlook (email), and Sharepoint on a daily basis.
• Operates shrink-wrap machine and performs zip audits regularly.
• Uses corrective action system when necessary.
• Communicates effectively with Managers, Supervisors, Production Control, and CSRs.
• Reads, follows, and performs work instructions.
• Performs other assigned duties.
