Salt Truck Operators are required to salt parking lots as directed by dispatch or field foreman.

Salt truck operators are required to utilize the provided fuel card and complete documentation after each and every transaction. Salt truck drivers are required to clean all salt from salt container after each run. Each Operator must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs., may be requested to shovel and spread salt where needed or directed. Salt truck operators are required to report incidents/accidents to their foreman immediately.

All Salt Truck Operators are required to maintain a legal and clean driving record, including CDL if applicable.

**Essential Job Functions:**

1. ** Salt Parking lots according to dispatch or foreman instruction, Plow parking lots when necessary or directed.**

**Report all incidents/accidents to their respective foreman**

3. ** Make sure all equipment has been fueled, (daily fuel log reporting) and cab cleaned and salt container emptied at the end of each event**.

5. Make sure equipment is in good and safe working condition, report all maintenance issues to foreman immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS

**AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum 2 years plowing experience, Maintain a clean driving record and CDL if applicable**

Lift minimum of 50 lbs., shovel snow and salt walks – plow lots as necessary.
