Position Responsibilities:- The sales support administrator will provide support to the Sales teams and liaise with the Procurement team
- Obtain purchase orders from Sales Rep (or produce a pro forma) and enter in NetSuite within 24 hours
- Assist sales team with follow-up including order confirmations and bookings
- Maintaining and updating customer profiles in Netsuites
- Monitor remaining contract balances upon order entry
- Follow all policies and procedures on safety, cleanliness and BRC/FDA
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or other management

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Six months to One year sales support experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
One to three years sales support and purchasing experience
Data entry, documentation and credit experience
Strong financial and/or mathematical background
