York Employment is seeking a **Sales Support Admin **in Ontario.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

The primary focus of this role will be supporting our monthly sales reporting process, maintaining existing reports, and assisting with improvements to our reporting tools.

Key responsibilities would include:

• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of monthly sales reports

• Developing and improving sales reporting using Excel

• Converting current and legacy sales reports currently maintained in Microsoft Access into Excel base reporting.

• Supporting ad-hoc reporting requests

• Performing general clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong Excel Skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables)

• Strong attention to detail

• General administrative skills

Additional Skills, considered a plus:

• SAP and/or SAP Business Warehouse

• Microsoft Access Knowledge

• Power BI

• Sales Force or other CRM systems
