JOB FUNCTION: Serves as the primary line of communication to OEMs, Agents, and End-users to make outside sales more effective. Able to facilitate project needs through the organization. Acts as a liaison between sales, service, and engineering through internal communication. Interacts with purchasing/logistics to track equipment completion and shipping dates. Facilitates the proper flow of information to ensure the efficient generation of new machinery quotes as well as accurate end-user/shipping details. . 


Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Must reside within a commutable distance of our Grafton, WI location to be considered.  


Bilingual proficiency highly preferred  (e.g., English and Spanish). 


Requirements

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to define project scope and technical requirements, and to deliver a precise order acknowledgment that aligns with customer expectations.
  • Develops and executes strategic account plans for defined OEM partners, applying technical knowledge to drive solution adoption and achieve targeted sales performance metrics.
  • Oversees internal proposal process that will result in an accurate and timely equipment proposal to the defined OEM accounts and sales territory managers.
  • Assists the internal team by responding to inbound calls and emails from customers and/or prospects, addressing complex inquiries and supporting application-specific requirements across multiple channels. 
  • Demonstrates strong technical knowledge to effectively communicate and promote equipment features and benefits tailored to each application.
  • Recommends new machine stock orders and inventory levels based on sales forecasts, project timelines, and market demand analysis to ensure alignment with customer delivery expectations and production capabilities.
  • Gathers data and generates sales performance reporting such as monthly forecasts on behalf of department to Yamato management.
  • Uses key metrics to help evaluate sales performance through sales / financial data analysis.
  • Coordinates with sales teams to manage/coordinate demonstration requests and product samples. Responsible for proper entry of product samples into the virtual sample system.
  • Collaborates with the Project Management team to support order backlog resolution, providing technical and administrative assistance during high-volume project periods. 
  • Supports business development initiatives and project execution across Central and South America, adapting to regional requirements and customer expectations.
  • Participates in sales meetings
  • Maintains data accuracy and consistency within the company’s CRM system.
  • Attends trade shows as needed.
  • Performs various duties as directed by supervisor.

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years previous project management experience required
  • Good technical and mechanical aptitude required
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, follow-up skills and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key partners and prospects.
  • Strong professional communication, presenting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and use it to grow sales.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is preferred
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking not mandatory but highly desirable. 
  • Energetic, high integrity, self-motivated.
  • Ability and desire to learn. 
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP preferred 
  • Potential up to 10% travel, with some potential to travel internationally. 
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required
  • Must be insurable
