Position Overview
Manages, develops, and purses sales activities of organization by performing the following duties. Communicates with current customers to assure sales are met or on time.
This is an onsite role.
- Identifies new customer and new markets related to Global Gear's capabilities an establishes relationships to build the sales growth.
- Main contact for communication with current and potential customers
- Meets with customers and represents the IMS Global Gear to all cross functional groups at the customer (ie: Quality, Engineering, and Management).
- Documents conversations and provides meeting and trip reports
- Coordinates customer visits
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate the company goals.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly with new customers.
- Reviews market analyzes to determine customer needs, and market pricing.
- Develops and negotiates LTS's with customers.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of Sales department to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Directs product research and development with Engineering to identify new markets.
- Participates in quarterly Board meetings from a Sales update perspective.
- All other duties assigned.
