Position Description:

The Sales Enablement and Marketing Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Sales & Marketing organization, integrating sales support, marketing execution, CRM ownership, and business insights to accelerate commercial growth. This role builds scalable processes utilizing our CRM tools, develops customer-facing materials, translates data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations, and supports customer strategies, RFPs, presentations, and key commercial initiatives. The Manager collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, G&I, Culinary, Operations, IT, Leadership, and external partners to strengthen customer engagement, improve decision-making, and ensure Miniat effectively leverages data, technology, and communication tools to win in the marketplace.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Commercial Enablement

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales tools, pitch decks, product overviews, and customer‑ready materials to support commercial growth.
  • Support preparation for key customer meetings, culinary showcases, business reviews, trade shows, and internal commercial discussions.
  • Ensure CRM usage is consistent across teams through clear rules, workflows, governance, adoption support, and continuous improvement.
  • Become the SME of the CRM tool for best in class usage, reporting and lead tracking supporting the New Product Development process and commercialization
  • Support Sales leaders in documenting sales processes for efficiency and scalability, serving as the business owner of process design and optimization.
  • Translate prioritized business requirements into CRM and marketing automation system enhancements in partnership with IT and external implementation teams.
  • Manage external vendors or consultants as needed for system enhancements, integrations, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Work with IT to support system integrations and data security compliance while maintaining focus on commercial outcomes.

Marketing & Brand Communication

  • Translate product capabilities, customer value propositions, and industry trends into compelling marketing content and sales collateral.
  • Manage updates to brand, product, website, and capability narratives to ensure consistency and alignment with Miniat’s commercial strategy.
  • Manage the relationship between Miniat’s marketing agency, consultants, website and social accounts.
  • Maintain unique brand assets, including photo library, marketing archive, and templates.
  • Actively work with agency to create SEO and GEO copies, including google analytics and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create clear, visually effective, materials that elevate Miniat’s presence with customers and industry partners.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are properly tracked, attributed, connected to CRM data, and supported by measurement frameworks and performance insights.

Business Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, product performance, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop newsletters, reports, and insights to support strategic decision‑making across Sales & Marketing.
  • Conduct competitive research, pricing comparisons, and industry trend monitoring to inform commercial strategies. Document and organize competitive research and pricing files.

Customer & Relationship Support

  • Provide high‑quality analysis and support for key customer initiatives, presentations, and long‑term strategic planning.
  • Ensure insights, marketing materials, and data provided to customers are accurate, relevant, and aligned with account strategies. 
  • Assist with coordination of customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and follow‑up actions
  • Manage approved conference and industry events budget and attend when needed. 

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, deadlines, and priorities with strong organization and communication.
  • Maintain accurate, well‑organized records of sales tools, insight outputs, marketing assets, and customer‑facing resources.
  • Ensure timely, well‑documented handoff of deliverables across teams.
  • Other duties as assigned


Management Responsibilities:

  • This position does not include direct people management. 
  • Requires onsite work four (4) days per week. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales support, marketing, insights/analytics, commercial operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in food manufacturing, CPG or foodservice environments preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, with emphasis on business ownership, requirements definition, and partnering with technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing consultants and marketing agencies.
  • Ability to travel 10% based on customer and project needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Problem solver with the ability to think on your feet. 

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Frequent use of computer systems and office equipment
  • Occasional travel to warehouse, vendors, or distribution centers, which may require navigating uneven surfaces or warehouse environments


Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommended actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create polished, customer‑ready presentations and sales materials.
  • Proficiency in AI, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce. Exposure to Figma, Adobe, and Datassentials is a plus.
  • Experience working alongside B2B marketing agencies in every aspect of creation and project management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management ability with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
