What You’ll Do

•  Make outbound cold calls to businesses in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and other light industrial sectors.
•  Connect with decision-makers and introduce Creative Resource Personnel’s staffing services.
•  Qualify prospects and identify hiring needs.
•  Set high-quality appointments for our sales closers.
•  Help create new business opportunities that turn into long-term client relationships.
•  Track activity and progress accurately in the CRM system.

What You’ll Earn

•  Starting salary of $40,000/year.
•  $50 bonus per qualified appointment set.
•  $350 bonus for every appointment that becomes a new client after the first invoice is paid.
•  Uncapped commission with no limit on earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

•  0–3 years of sales, customer service, call center, or phone-based experience.
•  Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
•  Comfort with cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
•  Motivation to learn, improve, and grow.
•  A competitive mindset and a desire to earn based on performance.
