We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bloomingdale, NJ. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Coordinate and process sales orders using ERP software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Support inside sales efforts by preparing sales materials and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and inside sales.
- Familiarity with ERP software and sales management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
