The Person
The Sales and Preconstruction Lead plays a key role in the organization's ability to generate income and revenue through outstanding sales experiences. They ask thoughtful questions to identify essential information and communicate clearly. This person is a strategic thinker – able to develop strategies to achieve organizational goals, adapt to changing markets, and understand the business implications of their decisions.
This position will spend approximately 20% of their time traveling to customers. A majority of customers for the region are within a 90 minute drive radius around Milwaukee.
