“What You’ll Do”

Provide administrative support which includes; screening calls, processing purchase orders, generating reports.
Perform routine clerical duties and provide general business support to the sales department and in support of business initiatives
Responsible for developing, processing and filing department records such as lease contracts and UCC filings
Development and maintenance of reports that include metrics for the department, comparative to budget and goal and performance measures
Manage some custom reports for customers with special requests using crystal reports
Respond to and resolve routine sales inquiries
Maintain confidential company information
Perform other duties as assigned

“Must Haves”

3+ years of experience in an administrative support role
Experience with shared inbox
Hi-call volume experience
Excellent organizational skills, time management and prioritizing
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy are critical
Proven communication skills in written and verbal formats
Ability to work at a consistent level with minimal supervision and direction
Ability to anticipate the needs of the sales department and the customer
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Basic knowledge of Crystal report writing; on the job training provided

Support of a sales department or sales team preferred
Bilingual; Spanish a plus
