Job Description

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The Operations Safety Supervisor is responsible for building a strong safety culture and ensuring environmental compliance at Iron Bull Distillery. This role leads safety programs, drives continuous improvement, and supports production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead safety programs with a goal of zero injuries
• Promote a proactive safety culture and lead safety training and committees
• Establish and enforce safety policies, procedures, and hazard prevention systems
• Oversee incident investigations, workers’ compensation claims, and compliance reporting
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
• Manage safety-related CAPEX projects and review facility projects for compliance
• Conduct safety and environmental inspections, including hazardous material handling
• Lead employee and contractor safety orientation programs
• Implement security measures to protect people, property, and assets
• Manage safety budgets, PPE programs, and crisis response efforts
• Support production teams by improving efficiency, quality, and operational performance
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement across operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (EHS or related field preferred)
• 2+ years of safety or operations leadership experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems
• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work extended shifts (10+ hours)
