We are seeking a Construction Safety Specialist with 1–3 years of construction safety experience, preferably in heavy civil or industrial environments (highways, water/wastewater plants, industrial facilities). This role supports multiple projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, focusing on field safety inspections, procedure development, and on-site safety solutions.
Conduct field safety inspections across multiple PA/NJ projects.
Write and revise safety procedures and protocols.
Provide safety recommendations during owner meetings and insurance reviews.
Participate in safety committees and collaborate with project teams to implement solutions.
Address safety issues on-site immediately and maintain positive crew relations.
1–3 years in construction safety management.
Strong working knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
Proven ability to write and modify safety procedures.
Comfortable performing field inspections and advising project teams.
Local travel: Southeastern PA & NJ.
Proficient with Word and Excel.
Reading construction plans/specs is a plus.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or related field.
Experience teaching internal safety classes.
Comfortable speaking with owner representatives about safety.
Ability to work across multiple teams and project sites.
Positive, proactive attitude when addressing safety concerns.
