HVAC S-2 Technician

Location: Oxford, CT

Job Description

This is a full-service HVAC, Refrigeration, and Process Piping position specializing in the installation and service of demanding applications. The role supports design, installation, and service operations across Connecticut and the lower Hudson Valley, NY.

This position reports to the Service General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with multiple building heating system applications on a day-to-day basis
• Coach existing technical team members on building heating systems
• Work on existing customer building heating systems and perform preventative maintenance
• Quote new work on customer systems to support existing facility operations
• Focus on continuing education and keeping up with new technology
• Work with the Pipefitter team to provide technical support
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management teams to support customers
• Support construction project start-ups
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards

Targeted Qualifications

• State of Connecticut S-2 license minimum
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software
