Job Title: Maintenance / Service Technician – Travel Trailers

Schedule: Full-Time preferred

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:50 PM

(Part-time candidates may be considered)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance / Service Technician to perform general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on travel trailers. This role requires a hands-on, problem-solving individual with experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance who is comfortable working across multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on travel trailers, including interior and exterior components

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

• Maintain and repair appliances such as:

  • Water heaters

  • Air conditioning units

  • Refrigerators

  • Dishwashers

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical work (110V and 12V systems)

• Conduct carpentry repairs as needed (framing, trim, paneling, etc.)

• Assist with general facilities maintenance when required

• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance

• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems (110V and 12V)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Ability and willingness to bring and use personal toolbox

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Preferred (Plus) Skills

• Carpentry experience

• Appliance repair experience

• Welding experience

• Simple mechanical repair background

Work Environment

• Hands-on, repair-focused role

• Combination of indoor and outdoor work

• Requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and use of hand tools
