We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rubber Structural Pad Fabricator - Carpenter to join our team in Lincolnwood, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality rubber pads used in various applications. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our stringent quality standards and are delivered on time. Responsibilities

• Fabricate rubber pads according to specifications and design requirements.
• Utilize carpentry skills to cut, shape, and assemble materials as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any fabrication issues that arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
• Read basic blue prints for job layouts

Qualifications

• Technical training in carpentry or fabrication is a plus.
• Basic wood working experience is a plus.
• Some experience in carpentry or a related field.
• Basic understanding of rubber materials and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
