Job Overview:

CITY Laundering is hiring a hands-on Route Supervisor to lead 5–7 Route Service Representatives and take full ownership of territory performance in our Pine City location.
This is a field-based leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, customer relationships, and measurable results. You’ll coach your team, strengthen key accounts, and drive profitability and growth across your routes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and develop your team
- Drive customer retention and service excellence
- Own territory profitability and account growth
- Oversee billing accuracy and collections
- Ensure safe, efficient route operations

- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Organized and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Early morning availability (routes start 5–7 AM)

Work Environment & Schedule
- Field-based role with frequent travel to customer sites and routes
- Early mornings (routes typically begin between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)
- Combination of office, warehouse, and route environments
- Some lifting, walking, and physical activity are required
- Requires consistent and reliable attendance
