Route Sales Driver / Route Sales Representative

Hire Type: Full-TimeShift: 1st

Shift Pay Range: $20–$25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Route Sales Driver/Representative to manage a local territory, service existing customers, and grow sales. This is a hands-on role combining driving, customer service, sales, and route management.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned local route and service existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop new business.
• Manage daily routes and maintain on-time service.
• Load and unload products and operate a company vehicle safely.
• Maintain accurate route, customer, and sales records.
• Use CRM/Salesforce and mobile technology to document customer activity.
• Follow DOT and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 2+ years of customer service, sales, route delivery, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable driving most of the day and interacting with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass required background, drug, and DOT screenings.

Preferred experience: Route Sales, Route Delivery, Outside Sales, Territory Sales, Distribution, Industrial/Construction Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, or Waste Management.

Truck: Local route truck, approximately 26,000 lbs.; CDL is not required.
