Duties
Service and enhance relationships with existing customers
Prioritize daily responsibilities through established activity/performance-based sales objectives
Sales development to new business prospects through cold calling, networking, and lead generation campaigns
Provide excellence in customer service by professional managing customer requests
Plan and optimize collection routes for efficiency, fuel savings, and on-time service
Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and serviced
Maintain operational records, including driver logs, route performance, and maintenance schedules
Monitor compliance with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and environmental laws
Data entry sales interaction, activity, follow ups, and appointments into CRM/Salesforce

Qualifications and Experience
**Requirements **
Ability to locally drive a 26,000 lb truck. (CDL NOT
Required)
Operate heavy equipment while inside the driver’s cabin
Possess light mechanical skills
Pass background screenings (Drug and Criminal.)
Pass DOT required assessments
Have a valid driver’s license
Preferred
Experience in fields relating to Route Sales, Industrial Sales, or Construction
Proficient in route management or fleet tracking software
Knowledge of DOT regulations, route logistics, and equipment safety
General understanding using Apps, Social Media, Microsoft Office, and Handheld Technology
