Responsibilities

• Polish and finish rotors to meet specified quality standards.
• Inspect and assess rotors for defects and ensure they meet production requirements.
• Operate polishing machines and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in polishing or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Experience in using micrometers, dial bore gauges, calipers, and ID mics
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
