Working Hours: Monday - Friday (6 am - 2:30 pm)

Your Role:

In this capacity, you'll ensure the seamless operation and efficiency of our production line, where your setup expertise and troubleshooting abilities will be highly valued and utilized.

Key Duties:

Effectively setup and operate machinery including corrugated presses, gluing and folding machines, strappers, band saws and a slitter machine.
Maintain quality standards for packaging materials
Support machine setups for smooth production runs
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational processes
Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly

Your Skills and Experience:

Experience in troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges
Previous experience in packaging or press operations
Competent in shop math; adept with tape measure readings
Demonstrated history for long-term employment and strong attendance reliability
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Available for occasional overtime
