Pay: $75,000 – $150,000+ Per Year

We are actively hiring a Roofing Sales Project Manager to support residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the San Antonio and Austin markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with roofing sales, insurance restoration, storm damage, adjusting, construction management, or exterior restoration experience looking to grow with a stable and established company.

Our team receives company-provided leads through insurance referral networks with strong closing potential, while also allowing reps to build and grow their own pipeline for increased earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Run company-provided roofing and insurance claim appointments

• Generate residential and commercial roofing leads

• Perform roof inspections for storm and property damage

• Meet with homeowners, business owners, and property managers

• Manage roofing projects from start to finish

• Oversee roofing crews and job progress onsite

• Create material lists and project documentation

• Maintain daily communication and project updates

• Deliver strong customer service throughout the project lifecycle

• Collect payments and ensure project completion standards

Requirements:

• Roofing sales, project management, restoration, or insurance adjusting experience preferred

• Residential and commercial roofing knowledge preferred

• Storm restoration or insurance claims experience is a plus

• Ability to climb roofs and work in the field environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with strong follow-through

• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Valid driver’s license required

• Basic computer and mobile app proficiency required
