We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Roofing Project Coordinator to join our team in Fond Du Lac, WI. In this role, you will be the backbone of our roofing projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are clear and understood.
• Schedule project timelines and manage resources effectively to optimize workflow.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during the project.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for roofing projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
