We are seeking entrepreneurial roofing professionals to join our Market Partner Program.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to focus on selling, building customer relationships, and growing revenue while leveraging the resources, systems, and operational support of an established roofing organization.

What You'll Do

• Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities

• Build referral networks and strategic relationships

• Conduct inspections and customer consultations

• Develop and grow your local market

• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process

• Oversee projects from sale through completion

• Coordinate with internal operations and production teams

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity designed for experienced roofing professionals who are comfortable operating independently and being rewarded based on performance.

Commission Structure

• Up to 50% commission on residential projects

• Up to 45% commission on select commercial projects

• Enhanced incentives for self-generated business

• No corporate overhead holdbacks

• No cap on earnings

Top-performing Market Partners may have the potential to earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually based on sales volume, project mix, lead generation efforts, and overall performance.

Long-Term Incentive Program

Eligible Market Partners may qualify for participation in a company-sponsored incentive program designed to reward growth, performance, and long-term involvement. Participation is subject to program terms, eligibility requirements, and company discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing sales experience

• Residential and/or commercial roofing experience

• Proven ability to generate leads and close business

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Project management experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
