Responsibilities

Generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities
Perform roof inspections and customer consultations
Build referral partners and networking relationships
Develop and grow your local market
Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
Coordinate with internal production and operations teams
Drive business development through self-generated leads

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.

Commission Highlights:

Up to 45% commission on qualifying commercial roofing projects

Top-performing Market Partners have the potential to earn $150,000–$250,000+ annually, depending on sales volume, project mix, self-generated business, and overall performance.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of roofing sales experience
Residential and/or commercial roofing experience
Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Project management experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
