Roofer Helper – Columbus, OH

Salary: $18 to $24/hour

Holland Roofing is hiring 5–6 Roofer Helpers for our Columbus team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and using tools.

This position is best suited for individuals with construction or labor experience or those who are physically capable and prepared for full-day manual work in changing weather conditions.

Work Location

• This role does not report to a fixed location.
• Employees report directly to assigned job sites, which change as projects are completed.
• Reliable personal transportation is required to reach assigned job sites.
• Weekend work and overtime may be required based on project needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
• Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
• Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
• Willing to learn commercial roofing

Roofing experience is not required. If you have hands-on construction or trade experience and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

Salary: $18 to $24/hour
